In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 678d website accessible at 678d.io, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, game lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, cashier pages, and account management areas.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who has registered a 678d account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated BDT wallet balance.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT), excluding any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used by 678d for all operational and support purposes.

References to "including" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with any specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.

To register and maintain an active account on 678d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 678d or any other recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing wagers.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of 678d or any of its affiliated game providers, software suppliers, or payment partners.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any account balance.

678d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of 678d.

One account per player: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. If you have previously held an account that was closed for breach of these Terms, you may not register a new account without express written permission from 678d support.

678d operates mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request and may also be required at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle at 678d's discretion.

Accepted documents for identity verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladeshi driving licence bearing a photograph

Proof of payment method ownership may also be required, such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder name matching the 678d account name.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). 678d will process KYC submissions within 48 hours during normal operating hours (BST). If submitted documents cannot be verified, 678d may request alternative documentation or decline the verification, in which case withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

All account balances on 678d are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used to make deposits into the account, and only to accounts registered in the same name as the 678d account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 15 minutes during BST business hours (UTC+6)
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City Bank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank

678d does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 678d's control.

678d reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending KYC verification, fraud review, or investigation of a potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, 678d will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

Deposits made to your 678d account are for the purpose of gaming only. 678d accounts must not be used as a general payment processing or money transfer service. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for that promotion. Unmet wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Bonus funds are deducted from your account balance before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• 678d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Active bonus balances already credited to accounts will be honoured in accordance with the terms at the time of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes bonus abuse.

678d reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them in the event that the Player has breached any condition of the relevant promotion or these Terms & Conditions.

General wagering conduct rules applicable to all products on 678d:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules (e.g., cash-out features on sports bets).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 678d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

678d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where 678d has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player under responsible gaming principles.
• The Platform is required to take action by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

Upon account closure initiated by 678d for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, 678d may forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
